The changing colours of the beautiful landscape at this time of the year sends shivers down my spine... I'm not a tree hugger, honest!! but i do find joy and inspiration in the world around me, so rap up warm and get out with your camera...and if there is snow in your part of the world today then all the better!!!

Delivery Checked......

I had a fantastic delivery from Indigo Mill yesterday, loads of lovely sparkly bits!!

as you can see Jonhnny insisted on checking the delivery....

...the full inspection of the goods was obviously to strenuous for him and he had to have a good nap to recover...LOL
Having rescued the package from Jonhnny i managed to put this page together this morning, I used elements from the fabulous bling queen kit as well as other bits and pieces from Indigo Mill.

New Baby Boy Word Book

Made this one using the cricut plantain school book cartridge and the Design Studio, the possibilities are endless!!
I took a standard blacked out rectangle and welded each letter to the end, working backwards I decreased the length of the rectangle back to the first letter .... hope that makes some king of sense!!

Ok here are a few picks of the fantastically legendary Queen, who were truly amassing!!!! I had such a fantastic evening, screamed like i teenager when the super talented Brian May came on stage and shook his funky stuff!!! LOL LOL.... think that may have upset the really old people sitting in the row in front of me ... well what do they expect, its a rock concert not a "night at the opera" (little Queen joke there...very sad :O)
anyway pics not brill as i am in NEED (yes NEED... not want) of a new camera, lets hope Santa elves have made a note.

did i say it was FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!

What a scream!!! Went along to the local Halloween attraction last night, i thought that it would be a bit naff, you know a few dangley skeletons and dodgey lighting.....

Well to stat with it was PACKED, "terror trailer rides" round the woods where people jump out at you, and a mad man running around with a chain saw!!!!!!!!

A "spooky castle" a bit like the fun house at the fair but pitch dark with people chasing you round!!!!!!!! Lots of screaming and not to mention the corn maze, which i have to say if you have ever watched children of the corn is not good!!!

I don't think i have laughed so much in years!!!! What a hoot!!!

One Short Day... in the Emerald City !!!!

Had a WICKED day today !!!

Been into London for the day with best mate Gina to the "Wicked Day". went last year and picked up loads of free stuff.... you know, pens and shit! this year was very busy and not so much fee stuff :O( but did manage to get 4 canvas bags that are the perfect scrap booking size.. just over 12 X 12 !!!

Had a good wander round before getting the train home, i live so close to London and hardly ever go there, why is it you take for granted the things you have close to home?? It was a great day spending time with a friend, and in the words of a song from the show.... , "Just two good Friends sharing one wonderful, one short day! "

Oh and i got some wicked (LOL) nail polish to match my favorite shoes!!!
