just finished a card that is needed for tomorrow.... bit close to the wind again!

now off to type up the instructions for the two pages I finished at the weekend - no rest for the wicked, oh and I am about ready to kill the cat as he wont stop crying :O/

Busy busy busy!!

Well the craft room has been busy this last week or two but not able to show you as its all top secret!!!

I have been working on classes for TP crop and samples/Classes for the Indigo Mill retreat. I have had some feed back from the person who asked for the HANDS Book in the previous post and she said she loved it and has lots of friends who would like me to make things for them too.

here is another book made for an 18th birthday present...

A friend that teaches sign language asked if I could make a book all about the things that hands can do.... but shushhhhhh she hasn't seen it yet!!!

Hope she likes it, she gave me the little foam hands to put on it and asked if it could be a word book, so this it what my HANDS made xx

Well long time no blog yet again... I do try, but life just gets in the way.

The holiday in Spain is a dim and distant memory now... but was fun while it lasted and I do still have some Spanish cheese ham and chorizo in the fridge...yumm!

have been working flat out on crafting lately to fill a few orders for friends....

This book was for the lovely CJ to take to her friend in Canada- they met the last time CJ was there and I think they will be friends for life... she loved the book and hopefully her friend will too.

I used BG papers and quite a bit of glitter!!!

As promised a couple of recent layouts, the first one was Karen's class at the crop a couple of weeks back. with a great technique for making the paper flowers

the second was a kit from the crop but I did my own design with it and used the pocket that the rub-ons came in to hide a fold out mini book with more photos on.

Have also been working on a mini book or two but not had time to take photos of them yet but will do later xx

Hi there all sorry I have been absent for a bit, life is just soooo busy at the mo.

taught two classes at the Total Papercrafts crop on Sunday and it was great to have a day with friends and a bit of time out for me - didn't get much crafting done (only completed one page!) but had a fab day chilling out for a change :O)

Studio Challenge...

the challenge was to find something from around the house to use as a mask and do some spraying!!

I used a fork and sprayed over it a few times onto white card stock and then cut into petal shapes to make the flower, also used a few buttons on the page to mask before spraying the background, the flower vines are hand drawn and then cut out... so another layout with just some white card and a few scraps ... think I bight get used to this scraping on a budget :O)

School project!

Happy Birthday to me !!!

Well as today is my birthday I thought the best way to celebrate was a layout all about cake!!!!

This layout was started at a Total Papercraft crop day a couple of years ago...yes years, I know that is a very poor show !!! Each layer opens out to reveal the cake the recipe and where it comes from.

The papers are a kit from Chatter Box, and all the cakes are very yummy !!!!!

Just finished this layout for a challenge over on " The Studio" ... Challenge to use old and new stash, so I have made the three large flowers with some scraps from the box and have used flowers I have had for I don't know how long and some true vintage buttons that I inherited from Granny along with some new buttons. For the new I have used some Prima papers given to me by the lovely Steph back in June.
