Finally finished a mini book i have been working on, the basic Gray challenge this week was to use a colour combo... Blue and Brown ... i have used some BG alpha stickers from the figgiy pudding range that matched the colours perfectly!!.

My Room

I Have never done a scrap of my Craft room before, so thanks to Claire for the idea and the design for this page, had great fun with this page but I have put so many tags and photos in it its a bit to fat for the album!!!! ... now need to buy a canvas so I can put it on the wall in the room.

Fun Time at the NEC!!!

Well i think i have just about recovered from the weekend!!! Had a great time at the NEC with Steph and Marie, loads of workshops and lots of new crafts to have a go at.. which is great as i seem to stick in a rut of doing the same things all the time.

Dee will be pleased to hear that i did get Lawrence picky and autograph for her !!!!! (Steph has the autograph and i will send you the photos hun!!)

tried out some new stuff like beading and Polly clay.. all crafts that i have the bits and bobs for but have never used!!! i really must start to use up some of the craft stash mountain i have accumulated over the years!!!

at some point today / tomorrow i will post up some pictures, have another busy craft weekend coming up as i am off to Karen's all day crop on Saturday (bumped into Karen on Monday at the NEC - almost literally as i wasn't looking where i was going!!!)

Had to book Friday of work so i can get organised and sort out some pics for the weekend, i am so lucky, not only do i have all my Grandparents old photos (and believe me there are loads of them!!) but this week mum gave me a box of old slides, all photos of mum, dad, aunts, uncles, me, my sister,and my cousins in the late 60s / early 70s ... ASDA are putting these on disc right now so i can print them off to scrap...Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made 4 mini books from the one kit and still had scraps to make a card etc. check it out here where you an see some of the internal pages and what comes in the kit. The only thing added were a couple of book rings everything else in in there and to spare......happy crafting xx
