Crafting by Candlelight!!!

Well this week we had a rather inconvenient power cut... so obviously this led to a crafting by candlelight session, so i at last finished two projects that i have been working on for some time...note the Christmas page !!! ...LOL

Finished a page to cheer me up a bit!!!

Used nice and bright colours to bring a bit of sunshine to the day...LOL

This beautiful baby is Grace, the daughter of the best buddy in the world....xx

Sad Times

I am sad to say that my cousin's wife passed away this last week. She had been undergoing treatment for cancer for the last year but sadly there was nothing more that could be done. She will be sadly missed by all of the family, not least by her husband and two young children.

I guess I just want to say....

De, I loved you, I will miss you, and I will never forget you xx

Happy Holidays!!!

Well, i have just come to the end of my two weeks holiday, the plan was to stay home chill out and craft, and generally do what i liked!!!!!

as always the plan didn't pan out as it should have...LOL. Its been a busy couple of weeks with some very sad family news and lots of running around!

went to stay with my Father-in-law and his wife last weekend and had a lovely few day... until i fell down their stairs in the night!!!

Oh well, nothing broken and its back to work as normal tomorrow.....When's the next holiday?

i did manage a few scrap pages (mostly at the crop yesterday...Good old Karen xx)

More Cards

Finished a few more cards this weekend and a scrap page of my garden. my garden is only slightly bigger than a postage stamp...but at least it doesn't take too long to mow it !!!

oh and by the way, I'm a bit fed up this week as the local kids have knocked a hole in the back of my garage!!! ... best go and cheer myself up with a spot of crafting...LOL
